On December 2, 2021, Anhui Highly held the launching ceremony of the SAP ERP project. As the first company to implement the financial integration of Highly Group, the launch of the project marks the official launch of SAP ERP by Highly Group. The prelude to the full implementation of the project also marks the beginning of a new journey for Highly Group's digital construction.

With the rapid development of Anhui Highly's business and the rapid expansion of its operating scale, coupled with the substantial growth of the auto zero business, the business complexity of Anhui Highly has increased. The company urgently needs to change the current management model and combine modern information technology, scientific management methods and company system construction. Company needs to build a digital management platform with SAP system as the core, connect the existing business system data in series, and make enterprise construction move towards standardization, informatization, digitization and intelligence. After the implementation of the SAP ERP project, it can cover the end-to-end process of the entire enterprise, open up the operation and management of suppliers, internal enterprises and customers across the board, and support all key business areas of Anhui Highly.

At the project launching ceremony, the objectives and scope of the SAP project, project implementation plan, organizational structure and main roles and responsibilities, possible challenges, key factors for project success and other issues were also clarified, and the project team members solemnly signed on site.
