Introduction

On February 26, 2026, Fu Min, Member of the Party Committee and Secretary of the Discipline Inspection Commission of Shanghai Electric Group, led a delegation to Highly Group for a special research visit, aiming to gain an in-depth understanding of the Company's business operations, Party-building leadership, and discipline inspection and supervision work, while promoting industrial synergy, risk prevention and control, and integrity-building efforts. Sun Jun, Secretary of the Party Committee and Deputy General Manager of Highly Group; Li Yilong, Deputy Secretary of the Party Committee and General Manager; and Zou Xuming, Member of the Party Committee and Secretary of the Discipline Inspection Commission, accompanied the delegation and participated in the exchange and discussion sessions.

During the visit, the delegation toured the Highly Group exhibition hall, where they carefully reviewed the Company's historical development, global industrial layout, and core product systems, and closely examined key components and cutting-edge technological achievements. Before the self-developed micro-compressor winding exhibit, Fu Min paused for a detailed inspection, inquiring specifically about technical parameters and application scenarios. She fully affirmed Highly Group's commitment to independent innovation, deep cultivation in precision manufacturing, and sustained enhancement of core competitiveness.

At the subsequent research symposium, Sun Jun presented on the deep integration of Party-building with production and operations, introducing Highly Group's practical achievements in empowering technological innovation and supporting international expansion through the "Party-building + Project" model. Zou Xuming delivered a special report on the Company's discipline inspection system development, application of digital supervision tools, and compliance risk prevention and control. Under Fu Min's guidance, in-depth exchanges were held on internationalization, digitalization, and technological innovation, with clear pathways for coordinated advancement identified.

Fu Min emphasized that in the face of intensifying global competition, the Company must persist in driving management efficiency through digital empowerment and high-quality growth through technological innovation, while firmly upholding the bottom line of integrity risk prevention, and safeguarding the Company's sustainable and steady development through robust supervision. Based on the research findings, she put forward three work requirements: First, continue to deepen investment in digital supervision, leverage data-driven penetrating management approaches, and enhance operational control and risk early-warning capabilities; second, accelerate the improvement of the grand supervision framework, integrate supervisory resources including discipline inspection, auditing, risk control, and legal affairs, and build a full-chain, closed-loop risk prevention and control mechanism; third, strictly regulate bidding and procurement management, improve transparent and standardized institutional processes, and rigorously prevent integrity-related risks.
