Introduction

As a wholly-owned subsidiary of Highly Electric Appliances, a core enterprise under Shanghai Electric Group, Nanchang Highly has developed into the largest production base of Highly Electric Appliances globally since its establishment in 2007, serving as an important position in Highly's intelligent manufacturing layout. Nanchang Highly has achieved refined and digital full-process control of production processes, integrated application of industrial robots, AGV unmanned vehicles, and intelligent management systems, among others. During the symposium, Nanchang Highly made a detailed report on business development, exploration of intelligent manufacturing, and promotion of major projects. The delegation gave positive comments on Nanchang Highly's business performance, practical achievements in the field of intelligent manufacturing, and the efficiency of promoting key project construction. Both parties also engaged in in-depth and pragmatic communication on core topics such as financial management, compliant operations, safe production, and subsequent project promotion.

The ongoing project of Nanchang Highly Heating and Cooling Technology Co., Ltd. is the focus of this investigation. This project focuses on advanced motor research and development and intelligent manufacturing, representing a key layout for Highly to expand its industrial chain and move towards high-end manufacturing. Currently, the project is progressing in a tense yet orderly and steady manner. Both parties had in-depth discussions on core issues such as project planning and design, construction standard implementation, and future capacity planning. The inspection team affirmed the solid progress of the project construction.

The delegation also observed the operation of the intelligent manufacturing production line in Factory Building No. 2 on site and highly praised the video showcasing Nanchang Highly's automation and intelligent manufacturing capabilities. At the Technology Research and Development Center, the delegation gained a detailed understanding of Nanchang Highly's technological research and development achievements in the field of air conditioning compressors, product series layout, and future technology reserves, and expressed high recognition for the professional competence and technological innovation strength of the research and development team.

Wei Xudong highly praised Nanchang Highly for its perseverance, diligence, and spirit of development that it has always maintained, and pointed out the direction for the company's future development. He emphasized that Nanchang Highly should anchor on the three breakthrough directions of internationalization, digitalization, and efficient collaboration in the group's "14th Five-Year Plan" strategy, continuously strengthen efficient collaboration both internally and externally, and create a "leading" smart manufacturing factory through lean production management upgrades. It is necessary to always prioritize safety production, firmly establish the concept of "safety awareness is as important as Mount Taishan", and resolutely prevent major safety accidents from occurring.
