7 days! To complete the manufacture and delivery of a prototype machine from scratch, a task that sounded impossible was actually staged in the FA Division of Highly Electric.

Highly Marelli's Xiangyang plant urgently requested an aging test machine to the headquarters in September this year to meet the off-line testing of new products. At that time, the mass production date of the product was imminent, but the testing equipment related to product quality was not in place. At this time, Highly Marelli contacted the FA business department, hoping that the FA business department would strongly support it and deliver the goods within 7 days.

This aging testing machine is mainly composed of automotive radiator, cooling water circulation system, special sensor, acquisition system, control system, working power supply, equipment structure and other components. The 7-day delivery time is too short for such a complex device. However, the delivery time of conventional testing equipment of the same level is generally about 20 to 35 working days. The FA business unit is faced with many challenges from personnel to production cycle.

On the first day, determine the requirements with the customer, and complete the design of the electrical logic frame of the equipment and the design of the mechanical department that night;

On the second day, submit the plan to the customer for confirmation, and proceed to purchase the parts at the same time;

On the third day, the structural design and parts are drawn, and the relevant tests are verified;

On the fourth day, the structure is processed and assembled;

On the fifth day, installation and commissioning of electricity, gas and auxiliary equipment;

On the sixth day, customer pre-acceptance, troubleshooting, and improvement in all aspects;

On the seventh day, pack and ship, carry out equipment placement debugging and coordination work.

After 7 consecutive days of night and day, with the unremitting efforts of the team, the customer's requirements were successfully completed within the specified time limit and the customer's urgent need was solved. As a standard machine, this equipment fired the first shot of the FA division in the Highly Marelli project. The customer praised the FA division's ultra-high work efficiency while also bringing more business opportunities. Up to the time of publication, other customers have successively put forward the needs and intentions of purchasing test machines of the same specification to the FA Division.
