Recently, the launch ceremony for Highly Group's Party Building and Employee Activity Center, as well as the Highly Labor Union's YEAH School, was successfully concluded. SunJun, the Party Secretary of Highly Group, attended the event and inaugurated the Party Building and Employee Activity Center, marking the official operation of this multifaceted platform.

The Party Building Achievement Exhibition Zone systematically presents the accomplishments of Highly Group's Party Committee in recent years. The Committee has upheld its leadership role in "steering the direction, overseeing the overall situation, and ensuring implementation," focusing on three key aspects: "pragmatic Party Building as core strength," "robust Party Building as competitiveness," and "meticulous Party Building as cohesion." Through deepening the "four-tier learning system" to bolster ideological construction, implementing comprehensive and stringent Party governance to fulfill primary responsibilities, innovating the talent development system to cultivate high-caliber talent teams, solidifying Party Building brand initiatives to integrate Party Building into business operations, and strengthening cultural leadership to unify entrepreneurial and innovative forces, the Committee has propelled high-quality Party Building to drive the Group's high-quality development. To enhance the interactivity and engagement of learning and visits, the exhibition zone employs a variety of display methods, including graphic presentations, NFC digital displays, and interactive flip panels.

In the Book Reading Area, a curated selection of books on Party Building theory, business management, and celebrity biographies has been assembled, providing a solid foundation for employees to establish a regular learning regimen, nurture their spiritual and cultural well-being, and enhance their overall competencies. The Party Member Training Room and Party Building Activity Room, equipped with comprehensive teaching facilities, will serve as crucial venues for grassroots Party organizations to conduct "three meetings and one lesson," Party member education and training, thematic Party Day activities, and external Party Building exchanges and collaborations. The Employee Activity Center, which complements the Party Building Center, acts as a "happy pit stop" for employees after work, offering a plethora of exciting activities beyond the workplace. The fitness area is fully equipped with a wide range of sports equipment, ready to meet employees' needs to sweat and strengthen their physiques; the MINI Karaoke bar allows employees to unleash their vocal talents, alleviating work stress; the table tennis area provides a platform for enthusiasts to compete and forge friendships through sports; the yoga area enables employees to relax and rejuvenate through gentle movements, while the game area introduces new leisure activities. This diverse space comprehensively meets employees' varied leisure needs, serving as an ideal "happiness station." Additionally, the Mom's Care Room has been upgraded to provide a more private, comfortable, and hygienic space for female employees to rest and maintain their well-being.

03 Highly YEAH School: Empowering Through Fun, Enriching Leisure Time.

The Highly YEAH School, launched concurrently, functions as a branch of the Electromechanical Trade Union Workers' Enjoyment Club and Trade Union Night School. Led and established by the Highly Group Trade Union, it forms a precise complement to the vocational skills training offered by Highly Power College, focusing on enriching employees' leisure time and enhancing their physical and mental well-being.

YEAH School has abandoned the monotonous approach of traditional night schools, integrating joy, passion, practical knowledge, and warmth into its course design. At the inauguration, a series of featured experiential courses were introduced: the ethereal melodies of the handpan soothe the soul, the romantic elegance of flower arrangement brightens daily life, low-impact fat-burning exercises gently sculpt the body, and the kickboxing class ignites passionate enthusiasm, allowing employees to shed their fatigue in a exhilarating manner. The event buzzed with energy, as employees freely expressed their creativity on the graffiti wall. Book donation and exchange activities spread knowledge and kindness. Highly Culture showcased this vibrant event to Highly employees worldwide through live mobile streaming. With its novel and engaging course offerings, YEAH School attracted a surge of registrations, with over 150 employees signing up on the spot, earning unanimous acclaim. 

Looking ahead, Highly Group will continue to refine the functional layout and service offerings of the Party Building Center, constantly enrich the curriculum and activity formats of YEAH School, and provide more comprehensive facilities and superior service guarantees.
