Introduction

On July 28, Shanghai Electric Group further advanced its efforts to deepen industrial synergy with a new initiative. Sun Jun, Party Secretary of Highly Group, led a delegation to Yinghe Technology's Huizhou Dongjiang Park for a special research visit. Zheng Yingxia, Party Secretary and Vice Chairwoman of Yinghe Technology, accompanied the delegation along with her core management team throughout the visit, and the two sides held in-depth discussions.

As a globally renowned leader in the R&D and manufacturing of core components for white goods and new energy vehicles, Highly Group has been deeply engaged in high-end precision manufacturing for many years, possessing comprehensive industrial supporting capabilities and technological accumulation. Yinghe Technology is a leading domestic lithium battery intelligent equipment manufacturer, with its core business fully covering the key front-end, middle-end, and back-end processes of lithium battery production, making it a backbone enterprise in the new energy equipment sector. This cross-enterprise research and exchange represents an important practice by Shanghai Electric to coordinate industrial resources within its system, deepen upstream and downstream synergy, and activate the integrated development vitality of state-owned and private enterprises.

During the research visit, the Highly Group delegation toured the corporate exhibition hall and intelligent production workshops, conducting an on-site inspection of Yinghe Technology's lithium battery intelligent equipment R&D achievements, intelligent manufacturing production line construction, and large-scale production capabilities, and gaining a detailed understanding of the enterprise's core technological barriers, product iteration and upgrades, and market layout. Subsequently, the Party Center Groups of both sides jointly conducted a special study session and held a special symposium on industrial integration and collaborative development.

At the beginning of the symposium, Luo Min, Deputy General Manager and Board Secretary of Highly Group, and Yang Tonghuan, Deputy Party Secretary, Vice President, and Board Secretary of Yinghe Technology, respectively introduced the core aspects of the two companies' business operations, strategic layout, technological innovation, and industrial adaptation. Subsequently, the leadership teams of both sides focused on core issues such as governance mechanisms, integrated innovation, lean production implementation, and digital transformation and upgrading, conducting in-depth discussions and exchanges. They reached preliminary consensus on key cooperation directions including joint tackling of key technologies, complementary production line resources, and coordinated market resources, clarifying the key areas for subsequent collaborative efforts.

Both sides agreed that this joint study and research exchange has built an efficient coordination and docking platform. In the next step, the two enterprises will, based on their respective resource endowments, technological advantages, and industrial characteristics, continue to deepen multi-dimensional and in-depth industrial synergy, addressing gaps in the industrial chain, strengthening value chain advantages, and activating innovation chain momentum. Through practical cooperation, they will promote the quality improvement, efficiency enhancement, transformation, and upgrading of the high-end manufacturing industry.
