At the Blade Center, they focused on observing the full-lifecycle digital and intelligent production management and control system for turbine blades — a core component — spanning design, manufacturing, quality inspection, and operation and maintenance, gaining a direct experience of the latest practices and achievements in the transformation from traditional manufacturing to "digital and intelligent" operations. At the Corporate Culture Center, they gained a detailed understanding of Shanghai Turbine Plant's over 70 years of development history, the origins of its "meticulous" spirit, and its vivid practices in serving national strategies, closely aligning with national needs, and promoting high-quality corporate development through "integrated Party building."
