Introduction
Recently, Huazheng Index and Shanghai Linecan jointly released the "Huazheng · Linecan ESG Performance Ranking of Chinese Outbound Enterprises." The ranking focuses on ESG practices in the overseas expansion of Chinese enterprises, with particular emphasis on identifying benchmark entities that deeply embed ESG compliance into procurement, logistics, and partner management. Highly Group was successfully selected for its solid practices in sustainable supply chain development and was honored with the "Green Supply Chain Leadership Award."

Grounded in its corporate mission of "improving people's living environment and protecting humanity's living environment," Highly Group incorporates ESG and dual-carbon-related topics into its board-level decision-making. At the same time, Highly benchmarks against mainstream international disclosure standards such as GRI and ISSB, and has published sustainability reports externally for five consecutive years. In September 2025, Highly officially joined the United Nations Global Compact, abiding by its Ten Principles and embedding the concept of sustainable development throughout its global strategy and production operations.

In response to increasingly stringent green supply chain requirements from overseas customers, Highly launched its sustainable supply chain initiative in 2025. Highly incorporates green development performance into the quarterly assessment of direct material suppliers, adding a 20-point green-specific score on top of the 100-point system. Suppliers are scored across six dimensions, including low-carbon targets, green electricity usage, and carbon footprint disclosure, with their green performance directly determining their rating results.

To strengthen its carbon management foundation, Highly built an energy and carbon management platform in 2025. Strictly following ISO 14064 and ISO 14067 standards, the platform enables high-precision automated accounting of energy consumption and carbon emissions, and connects the product carbon footprint accounting processes across the Group. Currently, Highly Electrical Appliances, Anhui Highly, and Hangzhou Fusheng under Highly have completed the preparation and certification of product carbon footprint reports. The resulting compliant carbon reports can effectively address green trade barriers such as the EU's CBAM. In terms of third-party ratings, in 2026, Highly Marelli received an EcoVadis Gold rating, and Nanchang Highly received a Silver rating, with both companies ranking among the top globally participating organizations.

This award fully affirms the industry's recognition of Highly Group's achievements in building its ESG system in the context of overseas expansion. Next, Highly Group will continue to share its internationalized ESG governance experience, extend unified green standards across the entire industrial chain, drive coordinated carbon reduction among upstream and downstream partners at home and abroad, and continuously demonstrate the green competitiveness of Chinese manufacturing in its global operations.
