Under Shanghai Electric's exhibition theme of "Integrated Solutions Building New Industrial Momentum," Highly Group leveraged its core compressor technologies to comprehensively showcase its innovative achievements in industrial occupational health protection and new energy vehicle thermal management.

This exhibition showcased Highly's practice of extending its compressor technology from components to end-to-end system solutions. Addressing the common pain points of poor cooling effectiveness and harsh working environments in high-temperature scenarios such as metallurgy, welding, and outdoor operations, this "wearable air conditioner" leverages Highly's micro-compressor cooling technology and offers two configurations: a "1+X" distributed multi-person shared system and a backpack-style single-person main unit system. The product features a safe low-voltage design, with the main unit weighing only 2.35 kg and delivering a nominal cooling capacity of 120W. It can operate stably in standard high-temperature environments of 45°C and is capable of adapting to extreme conditions of up to 50°C. With its outstanding protective performance and technological advantages, it has been successfully included in the national-level and Shanghai municipal catalogs of advanced technical equipment for engineering control of occupational disease hazards, building a solid occupational health and safety defense line for frontline high-temperature workers.

As the core support of the entire equipment system, Highly's micro-compressor features an exclusive H-shaped shell-less structure and patented laser welding technology, achieving an energy efficiency ratio exceeding 3.0. It can withstand extreme condensing temperatures of 81°C and high-temperature environments of 50°C, and supports five years of continuous, stable operation. The product operates at a noise level as low as 32dB and is compatible with multiple power sources, displacements, and new eco-friendly refrigerants, with comprehensive performance leading the industry.

In the field of new energy vehicle thermal management solutions, Highly showcased three all-new electric compressor products at this exhibition, building a full-coverage, high-efficiency, and lightweight vehicle thermal management solution portfolio. The two-in-one electric compressor integrates self-heating and auxiliary heating modules to achieve an extremely streamlined structure — reducing system costs by 10% and overall unit weight by 15% compared with traditional solutions, while delivering a maximum heating capacity of 11 to 15 kW, significantly improving vehicle heating efficiency in low-temperature environments. The ultra-800V high-voltage electric compressor is compatible with 900V high-voltage platform architectures, helping to improve vehicle electrical efficiency by more than 10%, delivering a maximum heating capacity of 16 kW and reducing operating noise by 3 decibels, meeting the upgrade needs of high-end high-voltage battery electric vehicle models. The all-new compact 27cc heat pump compressor focuses on extreme lightweighting, long service life, and low noise, achieving a 10% reduction in weight, a 7-decibel reduction in noise, and a 30% increase in service life.
